I'm Anthony William, the medical medium.
I'm your guide on the collecting stones journey. Let's go find our stones.
So there's an area that I've focused on and Spirit of Compassion told me that this is the best stone area for me.
And I can see right here, just from what I'm looking at this point, I see a few different stones on the ground.
they're partially surfaced but they're naturally just in the earth with you
that's going to hit you too when you're seeing stones you might stumble across
them you might find them in the strangest
places and it just hits you like wow that one's for me those are the ones for
me and maybe you get spiritual guidance from above and maybe it's your intuition
you're using but either way it could be different for everyone and anyone but
this is the spot here that I'm choosing and there's some different various stones right here
so let's take a look so I'm walking along and I see one right here which there's a little ant
actually crawling over it which is it's like the ant has chose it for me which is really incredible
and then there's one a little bit further if you take a look so there's one right there that's
in the earth it's just partially submerged i'm looking around i think there's more here
and then there's one over here too so i'll just scoot along for a second here it's kind of close
to this leaf there's one here that's got a kind of yellowish tinge to it so i see there's these
three and I see a couple more but those are the three I'm going to choose for
myself for this journey so let me just start by actually excavating excavating
one of the stones out of the ground which is exciting so it's a special
moment too and I just want you to know when you do this exercise that get
connect it to the process right at the start. It may be though that you just stumble across a stone,
you pick it up without even thinking and that's okay too. But for me I'm connecting to this,
realizing this is a very incredible moment in my life right now. And so just engaging with this
stone, knowing that the stone is going to be in my life for a while and working for me and with me.
So that's the stone right here.
And you can clean it off.
You can dust it off.
I'm obviously going to wash it.
And you have every right to toss a stone back.
This obviously has some quartz in it.
So it's a quartz stone.
But you have every right to throw a stone back.
If it doesn't feel right, if you want to choose another, there's nothing wrong with that process.
There's no perfect process with this exercise.
So I want everybody to know that.
It's as simple as whoa this one feels good fine if it doesn't that's okay and you can toss it aside and move on
So there's this one I'm choosing so I'm gonna walk along and I see another one right here
So I'm gonna place this one down on the ground for a moment. Here's another one
It's been here for quite a while. There it is. It's got a nice imprint there. It's
that's some soil now your rocks or stones may be stained and I don't care if mine is I'm going to
wash this off as best I can just to get the sand off and the dirt off so you can see but I'm okay
if it's left with a little bit of a stain that's naturally there in the stone I love this I love
the design in this stone right here that's another one right there so there's two I haven't named
them yet. I'm excited about naming them. Very excited. I think that's obviously going to be
very special time as well. So I have two now. So let's find a third, which I believe is this one
right over here. So this is the one I'm choosing. This is going to be the third stone right here.
let me see if I can get it out there it is and that is an odd shape stone
oh it's actually broken very interesting the stone is broken
now what would that mean do I just toss it aside and look for another one because it's broken
or actually is it broken for a reason and it was chosen for me or I chose this stone for a reason
is this meaningful?
And to me, it is.
It's a broken stone.
And there's nothing wrong with that at all.
In fact, that's going to work for me just right.
I'm going to name this stone a very special name,
along with the other two.
But these are the three I have chosen right here.
Spirit of Compassion brought me to this area,
brought me to the spot outside.
and with you, maybe an angel brings you to a spot outside.
Maybe a guide, maybe a friend, maybe somebody you know.
Maybe you're taking a walk through the woods.
Maybe you're out in the park, whatever it is.
Maybe you're just walking across a parking lot
and you see stones wherever they are.
I'm sure it's going to be just as special of a moment
and I'm so excited about these.
These are the three I'm choosing for this exercise.
I'm already getting to know them.
So right now, immediately.
So it's not that I'm just popping them directly in my pocket immediately.
So I'm not just taking the stones and saying,
I'll put these right in my pocket.
Like, I'll just pop these in and just call it a day.
That's not it.
This is the start of something so special.
Right here is the start of something so special.
It's going to be these three for me.
I'm already getting familiar with them. I'm seeing the designs in each one. I'm seeing the
two quartz stones right here. This one's fractured, broken, and I'm getting to know them.
And that's the process too about getting to know these very stones. Getting to know them
and having them in your life is just an incredible process.
So I have my three stones right there.
And what I'm gonna do is clean them up.
I'm gonna hit them with the first,
I'm baptizing them,
hitting them with the first round of water.
And some of that dirt's coming off of.
Now you can actually take like a soft brush,
give them a light scrubbing.
You can soak them in water as well.
There's some dirt that's in the cracks and corners,
but they're already coming out much cleaner than they were.
There we go, I even just saw some.
They're already coming out much cleaner now.
So what I do is...
So I'm just gonna kind of give them a scrub with my fingers
while they're wet to get some out of the cracks.
I mean I feel great about that. If you're somebody that wants to clean them better,
you can. You can give them a really good wash down. There you go. Did you hear that sound?
guys hear that sound? Get familiar with the sound of your stones because it's
gonna be part of the exercise. You're gonna want to be familiar with the
sounds your stones make. They are much cleaner. So as I was washing these one of
the stones this one right here fell. The first one that fell out of my hands was
this one right here. Never underestimate meaning and anything that occurs with
your three stones. Very important lesson with this exercise. This one is the first
that left my hands. That may determine what I'm going to name this very stone
right here.
So what you see are the three stones that I have chosen for myself.
And I am going to name these stones right now while you guys are here with me.
Now remember, you can name your stones whatever name you choose and decide.
I have put a list of names out there for you.
in case you need some assistance or help or it's just helpful in general so you can make a choice
for yourself. Now here's something that's really important. A name can have two words in it.
It doesn't have to have just one word. So let's start with my three choices right here. So this
one I'm naming this one broken trust and you'll see it's a broken stone so
remember when I found this one it's really really growing on me too so this
is the stone I call broken trust I didn't name it just trust but if there's
There's trust issues in your life where you've been hurt, someone's broken trust, or anything
like that.
You don't have to just name it the word trust.
You can do broken trust.
You can do trust by itself, of course, or you can even add another word that feels really
good, but that becomes the name of this stone.
So remember that will be the name of this stone.
So this one's Broken Trust for me, and I'm going to take a look at another one.
This one, Betrayal.
So and you can name a stone something different, like not just Betrayal, but Betrayed.
That's another example on how you can change the language, the names.
So I'm naming this one Betrayal.
And here's my third stone right here.
And I'm already getting to know my stones at this point.
I'm hoping you really get to know your stones.
This stone I've named Discrimination.
So that's the stone I named Discrimination.
Now for me, discrimination means being discriminated against.
And for you, you can really connect and feel the name to what your stone is.
So it's not just a word.
There's a lot of meaning behind these.
This one, betrayal, that's because I've been betrayed in my life.
maybe you have too. So, and then broken trust. Obviously, it speaks for itself. So, these are
my three stones. These are the names to my three stones right here. You'll find as you spend more
time with your stones, they will just really, really feel good. And I can't wait to walk you
through so many other exercises.
It's important to keep your stones with you
at all times if you can.
Keep them in your pockets.
I have a pocket on my shirt right now.
I'm going to place the stones inside the pocket of the shirt.
Doing one at a time.
Safekeeping, there we go.
Now, if you have a pocket on your shirt,
pocket on your pants,
you can put them in your pants or your shirt,
but you can also put them in your coat as well.
You can keep them inside your car
if you have no way of carrying your stones with you.
But either way, try to be as close to your stones as possible.
Now, I'm going to get the stones out of my pocket.
Let's see.
Okay.
There's one right here.
We're the other two.
If you lose a stone, something important to realize.
There was a reason you lost it.
So if you do lose a stone for some reason and you can't find it, don't panic.
There truly is a spiritual experience occurring.
There's a reason one of those stones is missing.
Now, it is critical, though, that you remember the names of your stones.
Like this one's broken trust.
This one's betrayal.
This one's discriminated.
So these are my three right here.
If I lose one, like broken trust, then I'll go and try to find another stone and bring that stone back into my collection of stones.
But here they are right here.
So it is critical, though, to have them with you as much as you can.
And I understand many people are working.
They're doing different things in their life, and they may not have a chance to have them on them.
I walk around with them in my hands. I carry them with me. I have them in my pockets.
Do the best you can with this process.
